Open Calendar / Availability in your dashboard and tell ChatMakeee when you work: your working hours for each day, the length of each appointment, and any buffer time between bookings. You can also block off days you're away.

When a visitor reaches a booking step in your flow, they see only the times you're actually available. They pick a slot, and the appointment is created automatically — no emailing back and forth, no double-booking.
