Booking
How calendar booking works in ChatMakeee
ChatMakeee books appointments from your real availability, inside the chat. A visitor answers your questions and, when they reach the booking step, picks a time from the slots you have actually opened. This guide explains how availability works and what you control.
Set your availability once
In your dashboard you define:
- working hours for each day of the week, for example 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday;
- slot interval, for example 30 minutes between appointments;
- blocked dates, such as holidays or a closed week;
- your time zone.
These settings apply to the booking step in your flow. When a visitor reaches it, the calendar shows only the open slots — so double-bookings are impossible.
The booking step inside a flow
Add a “Meeting” question to your flow where you want the appointment to happen. You can set the meeting duration (for example 30 or 60 minutes), the meeting platform such as Google Meet or Zoom, and a note for the visitor about the appointment.
What the visitor sees
On the booking step, the visitor sees a calendar inside the chat with your open days and times. They choose a slot and their booking is confirmed — no phone call, no emails back and forth.
Managing appointments
Booked appointments appear in your Appointments area alongside the conversation that led to the booking. The rest of the flow's answers are saved on the lead, so the context travels with the appointment. You can change working hours, add blocked dates, or adjust slot length whenever you need — new visitors see the updated availability right away.
